She's inspired by New York City's cuisine from all over the world, as well as her own Jewish heritage, and loves to fuse the two. Isa Chandra Moskowitz is an American author, magazine columnist, and former host of community access cooking show Post Punk Kitchen. BLT Mac & Cheeze from Vegan with Vengeance 10th Anniversary Edition by Isa Chandra Moskowitz July 6, 2015 By Dianne Ten years ago a young Brooklyn chef was making a name for herself by dishing up amazing vegan meals—no fuss, no b.s., just easy, cheap, delicious food. Hey I'm Isa, welcome to The Post Punk Kitchen. Isa Chandra Moskowitz first came to my attention when I was asked to interview her as part of a Breville video series a few years back. To honor this fantastic book, I will be recreating one of her recipes. The first is in Omaha, Nebraska. It also features a bunch of additional recipes that aren’t in the original cookbook. Vegan chef and cookbook author Isa Chandra Moskowitz will open her second location of Modern Love in Brooklyn in 2016. It has an impressive redesigned cover and is filled with even more stunning and colorful photos. Vegan with a Vengeance by Isa Chandra Moskowitz has had an awesome makeover for this 10th Anniversary Edition. Yes, cookbooks can get makeovers too! (Photo: Randy Edwards.)
